Recycling
Through the implementation of best practices, HOMRICH is able to recycle up to 99% of a structure being demolished. This percentage is highly dependent on the construction type as well as other factors such as the age of the structure, design, location, and accessibility.
Ferrous and non-ferrous metals are recovered and processed, then sold to steel mills for melting and reuse. HOMRICH assists with and implements recycling of other building materials such as concrete, asphalt pavement, bricks, ornamental and historical artifacts and structures, wood beams and wood flooring, and asphalt shingles.
